Black Belts

A black belt is a most honoured and highly respected position.  As a black belt you are recognised directly by the British Sun Kune Do Organisation as a guide to other students.  A black belt symbolises not just the attainment of skill but also modesty, self-respect, honesty, responsibilty, courage, self-sacrifice, dedication and spirit.

The set forth rules are for black belts and pupils alike:

All pupils must show respect to black belts first in order of seniority on exit and entry of class.
All black belts must show respect to other black belts first in order of seniority. 
All black belts must be refered to as ‘SENSEI’ by pupils and lower rank black belts in and outside of dojo.
All higher rank black belts must address lower rank black belts as Mr. Mrs. Miss followed by his or her surname.  This must also be applied to equivilant black belt grades. 
Disrespect to any black belt members from brown belts below will cause demotion of grade, and or expulsion by the particular black belt.
Disrespect from a lower rank black belt to a senior rank black belt will have his/her licence and certificate revoked and or reduction in rank.
Disrespect among black belts of equivilant grades will lead to expulsion from the organisation with licence and certification handed in.
Black belt 2nd degree are in authority to demote 1st degree black belts
Any demotion of rank by 3rd ,4th 5th degree onto 2nd ,3rd and 4th degree must go before the BSO.
Any black belts that gives a incorrect or negative image, of Sun Kune Do will lead to immediate expulsion. 
Reasons fore this may include:
1.   Conviction of criminal activity
2.   Any action or series of actions that could prove to be a menace to the public/or society
3.   Teaching without license or authorisation
4.   Any actions or series of actions that the BSO deems as misrepresenting the British Sun Kune Do Oraganisation.
